Tanggungjawab
· Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
· Contacting housekeeping or maintenance when guest report a problem
· Referring guest’s comments and complaints to the appropriate superior
· To discuss all matters that needed to follow up with the next shift
· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Administer and manage cash handling responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
