We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer

We’re looking for a driven and commercially savvy Sales Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy combining technical expertise with customer engagement and closing deals, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

· Act as the frontline Sales Engineer managing and growing customer accounts

· Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships

· Meet customers to understand operational needs, technical challenges, and business drivers

· Lead technical and commercial discussions, positioning the right solutions

· Translate customer requirements into clear inputs for Operations and Proposal teams

· Develop competitive and profitable proposals and quotations

· Present solutions and handle technical-commercial clarifications

· Follow up on quotations, manage negotiations, and support deal closures

· Own opportunities throughout the full sales cycle (inquiry to order confirmation)

· Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to Operations

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities

· Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and meeting notes

· Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
• 2–5+ years experience in Sales Engineering or industrial B2B sales
• Strong technical understanding with ability to propose solutions
• Experience working with Operations and Proposal teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Good commercial awareness (pricing, margins, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales pipelines
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
