Kerja Sepenuh Masa INJECTION MOULDING TECHNICIAN, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di SANCTUARY HEALTH SDN BHD Perak - Maukerja

JOB SCOPE:

• Set up and start injection molding machines according to production requirements
• Perform mold installation, adjustment, and removal
• Monitor machine operations and ensure product quality meets specifications
• Troubleshoot process issues related with defects
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs on machines and molds
• Perform process parameter adjustments (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.)
• Conduct in-process inspections, record the data and machine running time
• Conduct in-house mold cleaning activities
• Ensure proper material handling and usage of the materials
• Conduct in-process weight check during running
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area (5S compliance)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Report any abnormalities to Supervisor/Team Leader
• Support continuous improvement activities

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing or related field)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in injection molding environment

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in machine setup and troubleshooting
• Familiar with different types of molds and auxiliary equipment
• Basic knowledge of quality control and measurement tools
• Able to work shifts and overtime when required
• Good teamwork and communication skills
