Sepenuh Masa Field Supervisor Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,000 in Sin Thye Management Sdn Bhd Bandar Muadzam Shah - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

1. To supervise and ensure the workers carry out the related task in proper orders;

2. To supervisor work done in the estate: Harvesting, loading & transportation of FFB, weeding, manuring, general maintenance work and others;

3. To ensure proper FFB harvesting (ripeness), field is tidy and clean;

4. To ensure proper fertilizer application (application rate / dosage, method and coverage);

5. To ensure the maintenance works carried out according to specification and schedule

6. To ensure field access road are in good condition and well maintained;

7. To carry out any other assignments as may be given from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.

2. Minimum 4 years of working experience in estate.

3. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

4. Good discipline and able to work independently.

5. Candidates must be fit and healthy and enjoy working outdoors.

Location: Keratong Estate, Bukit Ibam, Pahang
