Tokmer Global Sdn Bhd, formerly known as Tokmer Enterprise, is a company involved in the food and beverage industry. Established in 2022, Tokmer currently operates 3 restaurant outlets across Melaka and 1 central kitchen.

Tokmer is currently seeking a suitable candidate to fill the position of Account Assistant at HQ Tokmer Plaza Semabok.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, purchases, and expenses into the accounting system (SQL).
• Maintain and update records for Statement of Account (SOA) and petty cash transactions.
• Prepare payment request listings and ensure proper documentation of invoices.
• Key in e-invoices through the relevant tax portal (LHDN).
• Assist in preparing documents for outlet operations and cash records.
• Organize, check, and file accounting documents systematically.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assist in payroll data entry and journal entries.
• Support in budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Assist in audit and tax documentation preparation.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting System is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of e-Invoicing (LHDN) is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
