Job Summary
- Greet and welcome customers to the jewellery store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in their jewellery selection by providing product information, explaining features and benefits, and suggesting suitable options based on their preferences.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized attention to each customer.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the store's jewellery collection, including materials, gemstones, designs, and current trends.
- Assist customers with jewelry fittings and adjustments, ensuring a comfortable and proper fit.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and showcases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in inventory management, including restocking and reordering of jewellery items.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitors' offerings.
- Provide customers with information regarding jewelry care, maintenance, and cleaning techniques.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote sales events, new collections, and special offers.
- Utilize CRM software and customer databases to maintain accurate customer records and track customer preferences.
- Stay knowledgeable about the company's policies, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experiences.
