Position: Construction Manager
Location: All Semenanjung Area

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Manager to oversee and manage civil and pipeline construction projects across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall site execution, coordination, manpower planning, technical compliance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of working experience in civil construction or pipeline-related projects.
• Strong experience in managing site operations and multi-discipline construction activities.
• Familiar with slope works, civil structural works, and pipeline infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of gabion wall, gabion mattress, stone pitching, and related civil works is an advantage.
• Experience in soil investigation works (Hand Auger, Soil Penetration Test, Field Density Test) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall site construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise site operations, manpower, subcontractors, and machinery deployment.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and quality of works on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams for technical and site-related matters.
• Review and ensure compliance of key project documents including:
• AFC Drawings
• Job Method Statements (JMS)
• Inspection Test Plans (ITP)
• Material Approval Requests (MAR)
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Monitor site documentation and reporting for project progress and control purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in civil infrastructure or pipeline construction projects.
• Strong leadership and site management capability.
• Willing to work at project sites across Semenanjung Malaysia.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
