Key Responsibilities 

Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, workflows, and integration needs 

Design, develop, and deploy full stack features and customizations using modern frameworks 

Build scalable APIs, integrations, and front-end experiences that extend our SaaS platform 

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code in production environments 

Serve as a technical advisor to customers during onboarding and implementation 

Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability 

Partner with the product team to translate customer needs into product roadmap insights 

Qualifications: 

Proven experience in software design and development, both frontend and backend 

Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Proficiency in Typescript, React, and Node 

Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) 

Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality
