Tanggungjawab
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing & screening.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Source candidates through various channels such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure hiring processes are aligned with company policies and timelines
