Job Summary

Manage and control project documentation to ensure compliance and efficient information flow using EDMS platforms, supporting project teams with accurate records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize project documentation and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility throughout project lifecycle
• Maintain and update Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as ProjectWise or Aconex to track document status and revisions
• Control and process incoming and outgoing correspondence to support communication flow and document integrity
• Ensure adherence to document management procedures to maintain compliance with organizational and project standards
• Generate and distribute document status reports to project stakeholders for informed decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing document control functions in project environments
• Experience using ProjectWise, Aconex, or similar EDMS platforms
• Strong organizational and administrative skills demonstrated through managing complex documentation systems
