Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Handle government, commercial and maincon tenders/RFQs/ITQs from sourcing to submission.

2. Monitor and track tender/sales opportunities from various procurement portals such as GeBIZ, TenderBoard, SESAMI, SAP Ariba and other client/main contractor portals.

3. Review and understand tender documents such as Requirement Specifications (RS), Conditions of Contract (COC), drawings and related tender requirements.

4. Prepare quotations, tender costing, Schedule of Rates (SOR), compliance statements, technical proposals and related tender/quotation documents.

5. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, vendors and principals on tender/project requirements.

6. Attend site survey, tender briefing, client meetings and technical discussions when required.

7. Propose and conceptualise suitable security/system solutions based on project requirements.

8. Work closely with internal operations/technical teams for solution design, costing and project coordination.

9. Source and obtain quotations from suppliers/vendors and compare technical/commercial compliance.

10. Follow up closely on tender clarification, submission status and project opportunities.

11. Prepare and coordinate technical proposals, compliance response, solution write-up and presentation materials when required.

12. Assist in Proof of Concept (POC), demo presentation, mock-up and technical clarification when required for tender/project discussion.

13. Attend client/consultant technical discussions and respond to tender clarifications when required.

14. Maintain proper tender/project records and provide regular updates on tender opportunities and submission status.

15. Build and maintain good working relationship with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and principals.

16. Support business development activities and identify potential project opportunities.
