Job Description

Responsibilities

A leading provider of offshore marine assets and services providing offshore support services such as offshore construction support, towing, anchor-handling, supply of deck, liquid and dry bulk cargoes and field support services.

Administrative Support:

Support offshore marine operations by managing vesseldocumentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, monitoringproject budgets, and assisting project management to ensure efficient andcompliant offshore support services.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update vessel documents, reports, and correspondence to maintain accurate records for operational and compliance purposes
  • Maintain proper documentation to support audits and compliance reviews effectively
  • Act as a liaison between Superintendents, managers, vessel Captains, and stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication
  • Track and follow up on action items and deliverables to support project progress and stakeholder alignment
  • Monitor project budgets by processing invoices and tracking resource allocation to ensure financial control
  • Manage multiple administrative tasks and maintain documentation efficiently to support offshore operations
  • Apply project management methodologies, including use of Gantt charts, risk matrices, and scheduling tools, to assist in project coordination
  • Utilize project management software, spreadsheets, and document management systems to organize and report project data
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats to engage stakeholders and report project status
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively support the project manager in resolving challenges to maintain project momentum


Required competencies and certifications:

  • Diploma in Marine engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Offshore & Sustainable engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeApplications
  • Meticulous and organise individuals who are ableto meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
