Job Overview: 

We are looking for a senior security operations analyst to operate across the full spectrum of security operations and planning in TIME dotCOM. The candidate must have strong background in network/cyber security, networking TCP/IP and excellent people communication skills, attention to detail, manage incident, problem, change request, project planning as well provide comprehensive analytic report. 

 

 Your work life: 

  • Responsibility for ensuring that network/cyber security and services availability are constantly maintenance to ensure they meeting higest standards. 
  • Engage and effectively communicate with multiple parties during incident 
  • Effectively manage and build relationships with customer and vendors 
  • Quickly integrate into the environment and become able to take on incidents escalations 
  • Proactive to identify, protect, detect, response, recover for any network threat detected across network security solution 
  • Good in problem-solving skills (fault isolation, problem resolution and root cause analysis) 
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customer, services providers, and vendor support organizations 
  • Conducting security reviews and audits in accordance with defined processes. 
  • Responsible for network security planning including security appliance capacity planning, bandwidth, licensing and redundancy 
  • Create/review security roadmap, involving with new security products and services 
  • Governance and enforcement with reference to existing security policy & compliance 
  • Regularly perform network security training to business users for awareness 

 

To be considered, you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution or an educational equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years of networking related experience such as network/cyber security operations and planning, analysis or network management.
  • Fortinet NSE, CompTia Security+, CISSP, CCNP or any related Security certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with security frameworks, conduct risk assessments and vendor due-diligence, and run audits/continuous compliance (NIST/ISO/SOC2/GDPR) to ensure controls align with both business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Experience in Fortinet Security Fabric such as Firewall, EMS, Email gateway and Web application firewall is strong advantage. 
  • Must able demonstrate advance network routing works, complex network address translation and well understanding how NGFW operational 
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of security technologies including DDoS, SIEM, PAM, and related to latest Cyber Security technologies. 
  • The ability to identify and spotlight vulnerabilities on on-premises and remote networks, correct problems, and prevent security breaches. 
  • Responsibility and conscientiousness, including proper management of patches to defray business impact while keeping security protocols up-to-date. 
  • Reviewing system changes for security implications and recommending improvements. 
  • An understanding of the cyber security risks associated with various technologies and ways to manage them. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks, threats, patterns and trends. 
  • Verbal and written skills, including technical and presentation, with an ability to communicate with a range of technical and non-technical team members and other relevant individuals. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload. 
  • Able to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand. 
  • Good team leader, Self-confident, motivated, and independent. 
  • Highly confident with excellent English speaking/writing and able to handle calls and meetings with senior management/customers/vendors 
  • Able to manage multiple issues simultaneously with proper attention/care given to each 
  • Must excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
