Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate testing activities across project lifecycles.
• Create, maintain, and monitor test plans, test schedules, and testing deliverables.
• Track defects, issues, and testing progress using JIRA.
• Prepare test status reports, dashboards, and metrics for project stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, test evidence, and knowledge repositories in Confluence.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and follow up on issue closure.
• Ensure compliance with testing processes, standards, and quality guidelines.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks affecting test execution.
