You'll keep our workplace running smoothly, our tools sharp, and our spend smart. You'll operate with minimal supervision across the moving parts of modern IT networks, licenses, vendors, and projects.
Scope And Responsibility
- Ad-hoc projects & tasks - Scope, execute, and ship IT initiatives end-to-end, from office moves to SaaS rollouts.
- Procurement & recurring payments - Manage hardware/software purchasing, track subscriptions, and keep IT spend transparent and optimized.
- License control - Assign SaaS seats, audit usage, eliminate shadow IT, and renew IT contracts.
- Office network maintenance - Keep firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi APs, and VPNs healthy and secured.
- Vendor management - Negotiate contracts, hold partners accountable to SLAs, and build relationships that scale.
- Technical troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve endpoint, connectivity, SaaS, and IoT issues for macOS and Windows.
- OKR-driven - You set measurable goals, track your own progress, and tie daily work to outcomes that matter.

Technical Competencies
- Leverage LLMs and scripts creatively to automate complex administration tasks and optimize system efficiency.
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi) and confidence troubleshooting them under pressure.
- Working knowledge of SSO, MFA, and SaaS admin (M365, Lark, SealSuite, Zoom, Claude, etc.).
- Good security awareness (Endpoint protection, Patching, Password hardening, etc.)
- Clear communication across chat, ticket, video, and the follow-through to close the loop.
