Are you a growth-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and helping organisations solve people and performance challenges?

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive who thrives in consultative sales and enjoys building long-term client partnerships with HR, Learning & Development and Business Leaders.

 

This role is ideal for someone who:

enjoys solution selling instead of hard selling

is confident engaging corporate decision-makers

enjoys networking and building relationships

is commercially driven and self-motivated

wants to grow within the HRDC ecosystem and corporate learning space



What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate and institutional markets

• Build strong client partnerships with HR, L&D and Business Leaders

• Drive consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and recommend tailored learning solutions

• Prepare customised proposals aligned with organisational goals and workforce needs

• Attend networking sessions, business events and industry engagements to expand market presence

• Work closely with facilitators, coaches, programme designers and marketing teams to deliver strong client outcomes

• Stay updated on industry trends, workforce transformation priorities and opportunities within the HRDC (Malaysia) and regional L&D ecosystems



What We’re Looking For

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in training, education, consulting or service-related industries

• Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills

• Proven ability in solution selling, negotiation and closing deals

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Resourceful, proactive and results-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related CRM platforms
