Co-Founder (Technology) – BossRec

We’re looking for a passionate Technology Co-Founder to join BossRec, an adventure tourism platform connecting travelers with local operators across Southeast Asia.

As a Technology Co-Founder, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the company by leading product development, technology strategy, and innovation. You will work closely with the founding team to build a scalable platform that simplifies adventure bookings, enhances operator management, and creates better experiences for travelers.

Responsibilities

* Lead the technology vision and roadmap of the company.

* Oversee the development of web and mobile applications.

* Design scalable, secure, and reliable system architecture.

* Drive product innovation and continuous improvement.

* Build and manage the technical team as the company grows.

* Collaborate with the founding team on business strategy and growth initiatives.

* Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation.

Requirements

* Strong experience in software development and system architecture.

* Experience building and launching digital products.

* Understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern development frameworks.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build a startup from the ground up.

* Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

* Based in Malaysia.

Location: Malaysia (Preferred)

Commitment: Part-Time / Full-Time Co-Founder

Compensation: Equity-Based Co-Founder Position (No Salary Initially)
