Full Time Machine Design Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in ASIAN RESINATED FELT TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

We are seeking a Mechanical Design & Fabrication Engineer to design, develop, and build in-house production machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking machine concepts from design stage through fabrication, installation, and commissioning within a manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBLE

• Design and develop production machines based on operational and production requirements
• Create detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Inventor)
• Select appropriate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation components
• Work closely with fabrication teams (welding, machining, assembly) to ensure accurate machine build-up
• Supervise machine fabrication, assembly, installation, and commissioning
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve machine performance and reliability
• Modify and upgrade existing machines to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure machines comply with safety standards and production requirements
• Provide technical support for maintenance and production teams

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in machine design and/or fabrication
• Strong experience in CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD preferred)
• Hands-on experience in building or modifying production machines
• Good understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and automation basics
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical mindset (design-to-build capability)
• Able to work independently and manage projects from concept to completion

Preferred Experience

• Background in factory automation or machine building industry
• Experience in conveyor systems, cutting machines, packaging machines, or assembly machines
• Knowledge of basic electrical control systems (sensors, PLC basic understanding is an advantage)
• Experience working in manufacturing environment

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
