Kerja Sepenuh Masa Air-conditioning Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di Ixora Hotel, Penang Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To conducts jobs for daily servicing of all air-conditioning units (follow schedule on work).
2. To do preventive maintenance, repair, trouble shoots and overhauls all refrigeration, chiller, freezer compressor / condensing units and restores these to normal operation in the lowest amount of time.
3. To checks the air-conditioning gas / top-up, adjusts all thermostat control (23C – 25C) of public corridor and checks setting of walk-in chillier / freezers and logs their operating temperature.
4. To provide preventive maintenance (replacement of capacitor, belts, fan blade, fan motor, refrigeration compressor motor, refill of Freon gas, protective coatings of the equipment and other) to all refrigerators, freezers and split type air-conditioning units. 5. To assist department colleagues / Chargeman / Maintenance Executive in preventive maintenance or trouble shooting kitchen chillier / freezer.
6. To assist Engineering Manager, prepare cost estimates for labour and materials of air-conditioning and refrigeration for repair.
7. To assists in emergency operation i.e. fire-fighting alarm sound, evacuation, lift or other case.
8. To ensures that the workshops are clean, and well-maintained in good condition.
9. Ensures that tools issued by the Hotel are maintained in good condition and is always available for inspection.
10. To report any ‘Hazard point’ to immediate superior on daily routine task.
11. Performs other jobs related task as assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
