Full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and support to our growing business.
- Assist with daily accounting duties including bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoice preparation, and payment tracking.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO).
- Handle general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, documentation, and office coordination.
- Maintain proper and organized records for both accounts and admin files.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on payment and document matters.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and basic reconciliations.
- Monitor office supplies and handle simple procurement tasks.
- Support management with any ad-hoc admin and accounting tasks.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years in an accounting
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately with financial data.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Problem Solving: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Qualifications: A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
