Responsibilities

Mir Tech is looking for a B2B Content Writer / Copywriter to join our in-house marketing team. We work with founder-led B2B companies to turn strategy, messaging, and campaign ideas into content and copy that can be used across LinkedIn, email, blogs, landing pages, and sales materials.

This role is for someone who can take rough notes, briefs, transcripts, and client inputs — then turn them into clear, structured drafts.

About the Role

As our B2B Content Writer / Copywriter, you will help turn ideas, briefs, and campaign direction into usable copy for Mir Tech and selected clients.

You will work closely with the leadership, marketing, design, and campaign teams to create content and copy across different channels.

Your work may include:

  • Writing LinkedIn post drafts for Mir Tech and client accounts
  • Turning rough notes, transcripts, and briefs into structured content
  • Writing carousel copy and social media content for designers
  • Drafting EDMs, newsletters, and campaign emails
  • Writing blog drafts, article outlines, and simple SEO-friendly content
  • Drafting landing page sections and campaign page copy
  • Supporting outbound email and LinkedIn message drafts based on existing direction
  • Repurposing webinars, podcasts, sales calls, and internal notes into content assets
  • Preparing clear copy documents and content briefs for the design team
  • Reviewing copy for clarity, tone, grammar, and consistency
  • Helping maintain content calendars and organised copy folders

You will not be expected to own strategy from scratch.

You will be given direction, context, and feedback. Your job is to turn that direction into strong first drafts and usable copy assets.

Over time, there will be opportunities to learn more about positioning, outbound, GTM messaging, website copy, and content strategy.

  • Content moves from rough idea to usable draft faster
  • Leadership spends less time starting copy from scratch
  • Designers receive clearer copy and better structured content
  • LinkedIn posts, emails, blogs, and campaign copy are produced more consistently
  • Client content is clear, polished, and aligned with the brief
  • You can take feedback and improve drafts without needing excessive hand-holding
  • You are able to manage multiple writing tasks without losing quality
  • Your drafts are usually 60–70% usable before review

The goal is not to create more content for the sake of it.The goal is to help us produce clear, useful, well-structured copy more consistently.

Skills we are looking for

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, marketing, advertising, B2B, agency, or a related field
  • Strong English writing skills
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely for business audiences
  • Experience writing LinkedIn posts, email copy, blogs, campaign copy, or website content
  • Ability to research unfamiliar industries, products, and audiences quickly
  • Ability to turn rough notes and briefs into structured drafts
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing, sales, SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to support research, ideation, and drafting
  • Good judgment when using AI tools — we care about your thinking, editing, and final output, not just AI-generated drafts
  • Basic understanding of SEO is a plus
  • Experience writing outbound emails or LinkedIn messages is a plus
  • Experience writing for SaaS, technology, agencies, professional services, or B2B companies is a strong plus
