Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support training programs for new hires and managers on payroll policies, procedures, and timekeeping systems.
  • Generate and provide ad hoc payroll reports to HR, Finance, and management teams to support business operations.
  • Assist in payroll-related projects and other assigned initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Payroll ServiceNow ticketing system, ensuring inquiries and requests are addressed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to payroll and timekeeping-related questions.
  • Perform additional payroll and administrative responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant payroll, HR operations, or administrative experience are also welcome.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Basic project coordination or project management experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
