Kerja Sepenuh Masa Security Officer, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Pulai Springs Resort Berhad Johor - Maukerja

1. Routine security coverage through the deployment of security guards rostered in three shifts.

2. Temporary deployment of security guards to cater for VIPs and special functions organized at or hosted by the Resort.

3. Conduct investigations and submit reports on losses, accidents, staff misdemeanors for breaches of house policies, rules and regulations, complaints, etc.

4. Conduct survey and reviews on prevailing crime trends with the view to up-grade, rectify or update the security operations.

5. Liaise with the Police department, Traffic Police, Anti-Vice Unit and Registrar of Vehicles for peace-keeping purposes.

6. Conduct performance appraisals of security sigh, including giving feedback, counselling and encouragement.

7. Instill discipline within security department.

8. Attend to daily administrative duties in the Security Department.

9. Ensure that Staff Drivers are fairly assigned and rostered accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
