Job Title: Personal Assistant (Project-Based) – Hybrid The Role

We are looking for an independent, sharp, and highly organized Personal Assistant to handle key data management and administration tasks. This is a hybrid role built for someone who can work efficiently from home but is ready to show up for hands-on onboarding. You will be the backbone of our administrative workflow, ensuring accurate data entry and providing vital operational support for our small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) portfolio.

What You Will Do

• Execute Administration: Act as the direct administrative support hub—managing daily task lists, schedules, and operational upkeep.
• Master the Data: Input, categorize, and cross-verify digital records across various databases with zero tolerance for errors.
• SME Operations: Provide critical backend support to keep client SME operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Review and audit completed datasets before final submission to ensure total compliance with project guidelines.

Training & Work Setup

• Format: Hybrid. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with localized coordination.
• On-Site Training: A mandatory 1 to 3 initial training sessions on-site to fully brief you on our specific software, workflows, and communication standards.
• Location: Johor Bahru

Pay: RM1,609.22 - RM1,700.00 per month
