JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle and Prepare full sets of accounts.
- Perform day-to-day processing of AP and AR including verifying, classifying, data entry and posting transactions.
- Ensure all collections have been accounted for timely and accurately and offset prompt.
- Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, authorities and others.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess minimum LCCI (Intermediate), ACCA or Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
- Competent in MS Office such as MS Word and Excel, knowledge of database and spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage
- Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in accounting field with SST knowledge.
- Well verse in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal & written.
- Self motivated, disciplined, good communication & interpersonal skills, able to work as a team and independently as well.
- Able to work at Setia Alam
WORKING HOURS
Monday - Friday (9.00 am-6.00 pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
