Job Responsibilities

• Support business growth initiatives through client acquisition, market development, and strategic relationship management.
• Prepare and manage commercial proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and pricing documentation according to client requirements.
• Perform costing analysis, budgeting, and pricing evaluations to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Coordinate and review contract terms, service scope, commercial risks, and compliance requirements during tender and project stages.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and commercial analysis to identify business opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Liaise with internal departments including operations, finance, procurement, and HR to develop accurate manpower and operational costings.
• Assist in contract administration, documentation, negotiations, and client commercial discussions.
• Monitor project commercial performance, profitability, and cost control throughout contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Participate in business presentations, meetings, networking events, and site visits to support business expansion and client engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
• Experience in the security services industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in tender documentation and contract handling is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
