As an Application Support Consultant, you’ll help keep mission‑critical platforms running smoothly, solve real‑world technical challenges, and play a key role in shaping the bank’s digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and resolve application issues to keep business‑critical systems running effectively.
  • Analyse incidents, identify root causes, and support long‑term solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams and business users to understand problems and deliver timely fixes.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct checks, and escalate issues where needed.
  • Support enhancement work by writing simple scripts to automate tasks or improve processes.
  • Gain hands‑on experience with tools and practices used in IT Service Management, cloud, Linux, Python and more.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Foundational technical aptitude and basic coding/programming understanding
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working with technical concepts (e.g., databases, operating systems, scripting basics) and a willingness to build deeper expertise through training.
  • Ability to commit to the full 2.5‑year graduate programme
  • Eligible to work in Malaysia.
