Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Project Executive at PMX Malaysia, based in Johor Baharu, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Project Executive will coordinate and manage high-complexity data center projects, ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and lead cross-functional teams. Daily responsibilities include project planning, liaising with stakeholders, identifying risks, and providing updates on project progress. The role also involves problem-solving and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables for end-to-end project success.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Planning skills, including task coordination and timeline management
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical knowledge of M&E engineering and data center operations
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to mitigating risks
• Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in high-scale or technical project delivery is an added advantage
