You’ll leverage AI coding assistants and agentic frameworks to build quality software, using your engineering judgment to validate and enhance AI-generated outputs. Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features with comprehensive test coverage
• Manage the full pull request lifecycle, from implementation to merge
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Conduct code reviews for correctness, security, and maintainability
• Integrate AI models and APIs into scalable, secure enterprise applications
• Facilitate focused, technical daily standups and escalate key issues
• Define and champion team AI development standards and responsible use guidelines
• Build organizational AI literacy through knowledge sharing and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development frameworks
• Proficiency in modern full-stack development (front-end and back-end)
• Experience with automated end-to-end testing frameworks
• Cloud development experience (Microsoft Azure preferred)
• Strong prompt engineering skills for precise AI task instructions
• Proven ability to critically assess and verify AI-generated code
• Experience operating in a senior or strategic capacity

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LLM APIs into enterprise applications
• Track record of delivering production applications using AI-augmented workflows
• Experience leading technical workstreams or coaching on AI development practices
