We are an established Property Development and Construction Company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site management, contractor supervision, cost control, quality assurance, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects to ensure completion within budget, quality standards, and project schedules.
  • Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, site activities, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Review project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, procurement activities, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Resolve technical, contractual, and site-related issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants, and stakeholders regarding project matters.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain proper project documentation, records, and reporting systems.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contract administration, and site management.
Experience managing residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-development projects.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Familiar with Malaysian construction regulations, authority requirements, and industry practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project scheduling, and project management software.
Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
