Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to oversee and coordinate project implementation, site activities, product delivery, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with safety requirements.
This position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and hands-on involvement in site supervision and project execution.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and work instructions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate overall project implementation, delivery schedules, installation activities, and quality inspections.
- Manage the delivery sequence of materials and products to project sites, ensuring proper handling, assembly, and QA/QC procedures.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend project meetings and provide timely updates on project progress and site matters.
- Assess and manage project scope changes, site conditions, measurements, and layout requirements.
- Resolve site-related issues by coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor product arrivals at the warehouse, conduct quality inspections, and verify quantities against packing lists.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including method statements, material submissions, work schedules, inspection checklists, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Act as the key escalation point for project-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to project management.
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Building Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in project coordination, project execution, construction, interior fit-out, or related industries.
- Experience in site supervision, project scheduling, and contractor management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites as required.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
