Company Background:
Medcare Ventures Sdn Bhd is a management company and involved in the healthcare sector through the Medcare clinic network, providing primary healthcare services, health screenings, vaccinations, minor surgical procedures, diagnostic services, and corporate wellness programs.
1) HR Documentation & Housekeeping
Assist in organizing, sorting, and maintaining HR hardcopy documents and employee files.
Scan and convert physical HR documents into electronic records for proper digital filing.
Ensure employee documents are properly labeled, filed and stored in the HR system or shared folders.
Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and well-organized employee records.
2) Attendance Monitoring
Assist in checking daily employee attendance records.
Support verification of attendance, late records and leave applications.
Help compile attendance data for payroll preparation.
Monitor staffs schedule in monthly.
3) HR Administrative Support
Assist in preparing basic HR documentation when required.
Support the HR team in data entry and updating employee information.
Assist in organizing HR reports and records.
4) Provide administrative support for HR operations and projects when required.
5) Undertake other assigned tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
