Role Overview

We are seeking a structured and result-oriented Test Manager to lead our Quality Assurance (QA) delivery, strategy, and team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring all releases meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.

You will heavily leverage JIRA and Confluence to manage test workflows, track defects, and maintain comprehensive documentation, while guiding the team on test execution across manual and automated frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Governance: Define, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics for complex projects.
• Workflow Management (JIRA): Establish and optimize QA workflows within JIRA. Oversee bug tracking, sprint planning, test case mapping, and real-time status reporting using advanced JIRA dashboards.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management (Confluence): Own the QA knowledge base in Confluence. Document test plans, sign-off criteria, release notes, and process guidelines to ensure cross-team alignment.
• Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead, mentor, and allocate resources across a team of QA engineers. Ensure test execution aligns strictly with project timelines and sprint cycles.
• Defect Management: Facilitate daily/weekly triage meetings with development leads and product managers to prioritize bug fixes and unblock deployment pipelines.
• Automation Roadmap: Drive the gradual expansion of test automation coverage, optimizing regression cycles and ensuring seamless continuous integration.
