Your Role

We are seeking a Junior / Senior Financial & Pricing Analyst to play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail, this is your opportunity to make an impact!

• Monitor financial performance and analyze actuals vs. budgets/forecasts by client accounts
• Provide data-driven insights to support business and pricing decisions
• Ensure expense budgets are adhered to across all accounts

What You Will Do

• Develop monthly sales and gross profit forecasts and support annual budgeting process
• Consolidate and analyse sales pipeline data, identifying risks and opportunities to achieving financial targets
• Monitor financial actuals, performing variance analysis against budget and forecast
• Deliver financial insights to support business decision-making and strategy development
• Design and maintain dashboards to support strategic initiatives
• Support to build and maintain pricing models to assess the financial impact of different pricing strategies
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to execute and enforce pricing strategies
• Support stakeholders in business performance reviews
• Analyse historical data and market trends to evaluate proposed client pricing
• Support to ensure proper cost allocation of individual client projects
• Review and manage client-related balance sheet schedules
• Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, pricing, or commercial finance, with strong exposure to financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and/or other business intelligence tools
• Ability to build and automate financial models using digital tools and AI-enabled solutions
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of cost structures, margins, and pricing dynamics
