Job Description

RedRadar International is recruiting on behalf of our client for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join their growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging content across multiple digital platforms, managing social media presence, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement. You will play an important role in creating compelling stories, developing content strategies, and ensuring consistent brand communication.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy content creation, social media management, digital storytelling, and staying ahead of online trends.

Key Responsibilities

1) Produce compelling written, visual, and video materials that capture attention and drive engagement across digital platforms.
2) Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently to grow brand presence and maintain an active online community.
3) Research viral topics and creatively transform them into content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
4) Craft narratives that reflect company values, build trust, and connect emotionally with followers.
5) Apply SEO best practices and use analytics tools to ensure content performs strongly and reaches the right audience.
6) Work closely with marketing, design, and product colleagues to deliver cohesive campaigns and unified messaging.
7) Support the planning and rollout of digital marketing initiatives that boost visibility and engagement.
8) Respond to comments, messages, and feedback to foster loyal relationships and encourage active participation.
9) Explore new formats such as reels, short videos, and infographics to maximize impact and keep content fresh.
10 ) Track performance, prepare regular updates, and recommend improvements to continuously refine content strategy.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field
2) Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is an advantage
3) Basic knowledge of video editing, graphic design, and content production tools
4) Familiarity with social media platforms
5) Understanding of SEO principles and content performance analytics
