Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to Management and Directors.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate and follow up on action items, projects, and deadlines on behalf of Management.
  • Act as a liaison between Management and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other communications as appropriate.
  • Organize meetings, events, and business engagements, including logistics and documentation.
  • Assist Management with personal and business-related administrative matters, including scheduling, reservations, travel coordination, and other tasks as required.
  • Support Management in handling confidential personal affairs and special assignments with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in monitoring departmental progress, preparing reports, and consolidating information for management review.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping of company documents.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare summaries to support business decision-making.
  • Support special projects, business initiatives, and operational tasks as assigned by Management.
  • Perform any other administrative, operational, personal assistance, or ad hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements

  • Possess a valid driving license and be able to drive independently for business, operational, and personal assignments as required by Management.
  • Willing to travel and work outside normal office hours when required.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
