Full Time Purchasing Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 9,999 in FENGSHI METAL TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Nibong Tebal - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials, components, and outsourced services in line with production requirements.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, reports, and inventory data.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure material specifications meet requirements.
• Track purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Participate in vendor audits, quality inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support budgeting and cost control by providing procurement insights.
• Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and alternative suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in precision manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
