We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of IT products and services. In this role, you will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project documentation, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to company standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of IT products and services.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.

Team Management

• Lead and manage both internal and external project teams.
• Ensure project tasks are completed according to the approved project schedule (Gantt Chart).
• Drive team performance and maintain accountability for project deliverables.

Operations & Quality Control

• Ensure all IT products, assets, and equipment are handled properly throughout project execution.
• Verify product quantities, specifications, and documentation accuracy.
• Manage project-related facilities, logistics, tools, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Documentation & Stakeholder Management

• Manage contracts, UAT processes, invoices, and project documentation until the first invoice acceptance.
• Ensure all required project documents are complete, accurate, and properly submitted.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues, customer feedback, and operational challenges promptly.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Track and update project progress in company systems.
• Prepare project reports and performance updates for management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Equivalent project management experience will also be considered.

Experience

• Proven experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project implementation, deployment, or IT asset management is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an added advantage.
