Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Procurement Specialist di AEM Microtronics Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier sourcing, identify suppliers for fabrication/integration/contract manufacturing service according to business plan.

• Qualify, develop new suppliers based on business needs.

• Conduct periodic cost negotiation with suppliers to ensure competency in cost for materials/services.

• Develop and negotiate favorable supply term/agreement with suppliers.

• Work with cross department such as Engineering, Quality team to ascertain quality standards of items supplied and established Quality plan.

• Assist and support to spearhead on all cost saving and reduction program and activities.

• Knowledge of SAP, MRP, DFM, VAVE, GEMBA, Kaizen would be value added advantage.

• Strong in interpersonal, teamwork, written and verbal communications.

• Drive business excellence program.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• At least 2 years of exposure in MNC ODM/OEM/CM Manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
