Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability.

Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve cost savings and value for the company.

Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns, delivery delays, and invoice discrepancies.

Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and procurement plans.

Assist in preparing procurement reports, budgets, and spending analysis for management review.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and supplier performance.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

Experience in supplier negotiations and vendor management is preferred.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain processes.
