About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Admin to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, interview coordination, employee onboarding, and staff training to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Organize and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate employee training and development programs.
• Monitor staff performance and training progress.
• Support HR administration and daily office operations.
• Assist management in building a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in recruitment, training, or HR administration is an advantage.
