Accounting
Responsible for full set module of accounts Receivable (AR) including data entry, reconciliation, and collection activities
Responsible for full set module of accounts payable (AP) including data entry, reconciliation, and supplier payments
Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry and updating financial records
Support month-end closing activities and account/bank reconciliation
Assist in updating Fixed Assets Listing and Tagging
Assist in documents retention
Assist in Banking matters
Support Audit and tax queries
Assist in any ad hoc job/task when needed
Administrative
Handle general office administration, office vendors and documentation
Maintain office supplies and inventory records
Assist in any ad hoc job/task when needed
General & Continuous improvement
Identifies inefficiencies and looks for process optimization in workflows and systems
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (advantage but not required)
Commitment to work assigned
Organisation, time management, planning skills & deadline discipline
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Problem solving and analytical skills
Multitasking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of Windows applications
