Job Responsibilities:
Source and purchase gold, jewelry, gemstones, and related materials from approved suppliers.
Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Follow up on orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and stores.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
Support supplier relationship management and procurement reporting.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and industry standards.
Communicate with shop staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Experience in admin or retail environment is an advantage
