Job Summary
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production and delivery teams, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the order fulfillment process.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests.
Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of order information.
Coordinate with the production department on order schedules and delivery timelines.
Update customers on order status, delivery arrangements, and any production changes.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales orders, and related documentation.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Assist the sales team with administrative and customer support activities.
Prepare reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in printing, packaging, label printing, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
