Full Time Operation Intern Jobs, in Nurov Environmental WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of technical documentation in line with the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance and sustainability

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and organise engineering and environmental project documents, reports, and technical submissions.

• Maintain and update document control systems, ensuring all files are properly named, versioned, and stored.

• Assist in compiling environmental compliance reports, method statements, and project deliverables.

• Support the preparation of presentation slides, meeting minutes, and internal memos.

• Assist in reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy before submission to clients or regulatory bodies.

• Coordinate with the engineering team to gather, update, and track project documentation progress.

• Ensure proper filing and archiving of project documents both digitally and physically.

• Assist in any ad-hoc documentation tasks as assigned by the Process Engineer or management team.
  

Educational/ Competency Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Environmental Science

• Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline

• Any science-related field

• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent
  

Relevant Experience

• No prior experience required.

• Prior exposure to technical documentation or report writing is an added advantage.

Characteristics & Behaviors

• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Proficient in MS Office Suite — especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Willingness to travel and may work on weekend occasionally

• Ability to work as a team with a sense on work delegation and minimum supervision.

• Good interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and driven with a proactive attitude.
