We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of the company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents

• Reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts

• Performing data entry and updating the accounting system

• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports

• Providing support to the accounting team as needed

• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What We're Looking For

• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Office

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting principles and regulations
