About the role

Jordans Management (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur / Johor Bahru, Johor . This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and bookkeeping operations.

What you'll be doing

• Performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing

• Prepare tax computation and tax return.

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports

• Maintaining accurate records and filing of financial documents

• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate flow of financial information

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field

• At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role (Internship are welcome to apply）

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A keen interest in learning and developing your accounting skills

• Location: Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur
