We’re looking for an organized and welcoming Customer Service & Enrollment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers looking to enroll in our driver education programs. You’ll guide prospective students through the registration process, answer their questions, and ensure they start their learning journey smoothly.

• Provide outstanding, friendly service to customers via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

• Walk customers through the full registration process for driving classes, including explaining course options, schedules, pricing, and requirements.

• Accurately process registrations, payments, student paperwork, and documentation in our system.

• Answer frequently asked questions about curriculum, prerequisites, licensing steps, and booking driving tests.

• Help resolve minor customer concerns and escalate complex issues to management as needed.

• Maintain and update student records to ensure information is current and confidential.

• Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or administrative role.

• Excellent communication skills and a patient, helpful phone manner.

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail when handling registrations.

• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, registration software).

• A positive, solution-oriented attitude; you enjoy helping people navigate new processes.
