Adecco is seeking an IT Manager (Cloud Security) for a well established organization to oversee and enhance cloud security across enterprise AWS environments. This role focuses on strengthening cloud security architecture, governance frameworks, threat detection, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated setting. The position plays a critical role in driving secure cloud adoption, embedding security across DevOps practices, and ensuring robust risk management across AWS platforms.

• Lead the design and governance of secure AWS architectures aligned with regulatory and business requirements.\

• Establish and manage multi-account security frameworks using AWS-native tools (e.g., Organizations, Control Tower, SCPs).

• Oversee identity and access management, ensuring least-privilege access, role governance, and privileged access controls.

• Design and enforce network security strategies, including VPC architecture, connectivity models, and perimeter protection (WAF, Shield).

• Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and threat detection capabilities using AWS security services such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, and CloudTrail.

• Manage data protection, encryption, secrets management, and secure workload deployment across AWS services.

• Lead vulnerability management, patching, and workload hardening initiatives.

• Integrate security into DevSecOps pipelines, infrastructure-as-code workflows, and automated cloud deployments.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS benchmarks, regional financial regulations).

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors while managing cloud security tooling, services, and performance.

• Provide leadership to cloud security teams and communicate risk insights to senior stakeholders.

• 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or security architecture, with a strong focus on AWS environments.

• Proven hands-on expertise in AWS security services (IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, KMS, WAF, etc.) and cloud-native architecture.

• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, hybrid infrastructure, and secure workload deployment.

• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD security, Terraform or IaC, and automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and cloud risk management practices relevant to financial institutions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are advantageous.
