Full Time Logistic Executive Jobs, in Mapei Kulai - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse & Logistics Executive to support our daily warehouse activities and logistics coordination.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensuring warehouse daily operation activities are performed effectively and efficiently with full compliance to standard operating procedures;

2. Ensure data inputs are updated in timely manner in system.

3. Maximize the truck fill rate for domestic deliveries.

4. Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of logistics activities for both inbound and outbound at MAPEI Senai Warehouse.

5. Consolidations of Delivery Orders for the same delivery zone per truck.

6. Update information in weight bridge system.

7. Ensure on time collection of goods by Transporters.

8. Update information on incoming stocks and production stocks in system.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

1. Candidate must have at least Higher Secondary / Diploma.

2. Have minimum 3 years’ experience working in logistics and warehousing environment, especially with major MNC manufacturing companies; driving accuracy in stock management, improve work performance.

3. Ability to handle Warehouse & Logistics related tasks independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with minimum supervision.

4. Capable in developing clear and up-to-date procedural documentation, as and when need arises.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP management systems.
